Parcy allows you to export an attendee list in a matter of minutes. In this article, you will learn the two different ways you can export your attendee lists. Begin by starting on the event dashboard page and choosing the event where your attendee list is.
Once inside your event, click on “Attendees” on the left-hand side of the page. There, you will see the attendee lists you have.
On the right-hand side of your screen, you will see a black button that states, "Export Lists". Click on that button. You are then redirected to a pop-up form asking you to choose which attendee list to export. Click inside the mini box next to your list to 'check' it as the one you want to export. Click "Export Lists" when completed.
The other option Parcy allows for you to export is directly on the attendee list itself. Choose the three buttons within the list and click, "Export List".
Parcy then shows you the file format allowed to export, Excel. Click "Export List" once you look over the file format.
Parcy gives you the option to download the file right there or find it in your Resources section. For this example, the file is downloaded and shown at the bottom of the screen.
You have successfully exported your attendee lists! Choose whichever option works best for you. 😊
